1. Windows "Start Menu"메뉴 → "Control Panel" 클릭.
    Click the "Start Menu" and chose the "Control Panel"

2. Control Panel화면에서 "Clock, Language, and Region" 또는 " Regional and Language Options" 클릭.
   Open the Control Panel
   Then click the "Clock, Language, Region" icon.

3. "Regional and Language Options"하단의 "Change keyboards or other input methods" 클릭.
You should then see the Regional and Language Options option as shown below. Under the Regional and Language Options item select Change keyboards or other input methods.

4. "Regional and Language Options"창의 "Change keyboards..."를 클릭.
That will bring up the Keyboard and Languages tab in the Regional and Language Options dialogue. Click the Change keyboards... button:

5. "Text Services and Input Languages"창의 "Add..." 버튼을 클릭.
In "Text Services and Input Languages" dialog box we need to add the Korean IME and the Korean
Keyboard components.
Click the "Add..." button.

6. "Add Input Language"에서 "Korean"을 찾아 " Korean 과 Microsoft IME'를 선택한후 "OK"버튼을 클릭.
You should now see the "Add Input Language" dialog box.
Scroll down to the Korean entry, expand it and be sure that both the Korean and Microsoft IME items are selected as shown below:
Finally click the "OK" button. 

7. "Default input language"선택항목에서 "Korean 또는 Korean IME"를 선택한 후 "Ok"버튼을 클릭.
You should end up with a "Korean" entry under "Installed Services".
Finally click the "OK" button.  

8. "Regional and Language Options"창의 "Keyboards and Languages"탭을 클릭하고 "Display
    language"항목의 "Install/uninstall languages..."버튼을 클릭.

9."Install or uninstall display languages"창에서 "Install display languages"를 클릭.

10. 이어서 나타나는 화면을 잘보고 update를 받은 후(update받는 과정설명은 생략합니다.) "Region and Language"창의 "Keyboards and Languages"탭 화면에서 "Display language"의 "Choose a display language:"의 언어를 "한국어"로 선택해준다. 

11. "Region and Language"창의 "Administrative"탭을 클릭

12. "Administrative"탭의 "Languages for non-Unicode programs"의 "Change system locale..."버튼을 클릭.

13. "Current system licale:"의 언어를 "한국어(Korean)"으로 선택한 후 "Ok"버튼을 클릭.

14. "Region and Language"창의 "Formats"탭을 클릭하여 형식을 "한국어(Korean)"으로 선택해준 후 "Ok"버튼을 클릭.



15. 설정완료.


※위의 설정으로 기존에 사용하시던 프로그램(Software) 또는 Windows에서 발생될 수 있는 문제는 없다고 보셔도
   무방합니다.
